This practice handles all aspects of debt recovery claims (including the enforcement of securities) by banks and financial institutions (both foreign and local) and stock broking firms including claims pursuant to syndicated loans, trade financing facilities, private debt securities and share margin transactions.

An integral part of this practice is the giving of advise on the enforcement of securities including on the appointment (and the duties) of receivers and/or managers under debentures issued by borrower companies.
