In banking, our experience covers international syndications, project financing, corporate loans and Islamic banking transactions. Some of the projects previously handled by our partners include:-
- Project financing for the RM700 million elevated highway project concession in Kuala Lumpur which involved a mixture of securities for both conventional and Islamic financing instruments.
- RM400 million syndicated refinancing arrangements for a local listed company involving the issuance of bonds and other commercial paper.
- Multicurrency club deals involving an Indonesian ceramic manufacturer with Malaysian interests.
- RM100 million Al-Murabahah Commercial Papers/Medium Term Notes to finance the various government contracts awarded to the Issuer.
