This practice handles all aspects of company formation, company secretarial matters, registration of businesses, applications for Foreign Investment Committee (FIC) approvals and applications for manufacturing licence under the Industrial Co-ordination Act, 1975. Notarial matters are also handled by one of the partners of the firm who is a Notary Public.
