Insurance & Professional Indemnity Practice

This practice handles all non-personal injury insurance litigation matters including policy claims, insurance fraud, repudiation, non-disclosure, life and property insurance disputes, both from the advisory and court-proceedings aspect.

The lawyers in this practice also provide advisory services and handle litigation on professional indemnity claims, which include professional negligence matters (e.g medical and solicitor's negligence) and associated matters thereto as well as matters relating to the insurance industry and regulatory issues in the context of the Insurance Act 1996. In this regard, as part of our corporate service to client's, our lawyers in this practise also undertake regular talks and in-house seminars for those in the medical/pharmaceutical industry to update them on current changes in the law.
